Jordan Levin -- The WB's former President of Entertainment and the man who cancelled "Birds of Prey" -- resigned from the network in June, 2004.
In September, 2006, The WB merged with UPN to form a brand new network, The CW Network.
In light of the formation of The CW, Oracle Heaven (at the behest of the fans) has a launched a campaign to bring back The Birds.
We are asking Warner Bros. and The CW to grant "Birds of Prey" the same privilege it has recently extended to the Bat-film franchise via its big screen Bat-sibling, "Batman Begins": namely, a "reboot" (New cast, new continuity, new production staff, etc.)
We believe that "Birds Of Prey" is a good show which possesses the potential for greatness. We believe that while the overall concept behind the show is sound, it could use some minor tweaking.
We hereby submit the following suggestions (compiled from an informal Internet survey of "Birds of Prey" fans) for improving the show:

Keep the original overall premise (New Gotham, No Batman, Teenage Dinah, etc.)

Develop the women (Huntress, Dinah, Oracle.)

FOCUS on the women (Huntress, Dinah, Oracle.)

Develop Dinah more slowly.

Scale Reese back to a recurring role.
-
No Wade.
-
More action/adventure, less soap opera.
-
More DC characters (Nightwing, Spoiler, etc.)
Our plan is to send postcards and e-mails to top executives at both Warner Bros. and The WB.
